This item is from around 40 years ago, apparently collected by my father when he was a child.
It seems to have been a prize from a wafer chocolate or ice cream.
He apparently said it was "sparkly" back then, and he seemed to have jumped for joy when he won it ✨.
Due to long-term storage, there is some staining as shown in the photos.
I don't know much about it, so I apologize for the poor explanation (^_^;).
I'm not sure how to photograph it properly, so please comment if you would like me to add more photos.
