This is a vintage rare Lacoste umbrella with a fold out seat. This is a rare collectible. Probably the only one your going to find anywhere.
The aluminum stem and seat are in good shape. The fabric has some stains and would need a good cleaning. Also some of the frame pieces underneath are bent and delicate so they may be need to be replaced.
