This 2-7/8" x 2" x 1" aluminum hand iron is designed to be heated on your hot plate to 250 degrees F. The iron's underside is radiused and relieved for over-the-body frets on Martin and Gibson guitars having 14 frets to the body. The frets need not be removed.
This is an older version so the branding isn't the same as the ones StewMac currently sells. Its in great condition, only being used once (heat marks on the aluminum.)
