Vintage Parris Cavalry Toy Pistol & Holster Set

A formerly owned and gently used Holster component of a Parris Cavalry Pistol-Holster set. The set, also produced under the Tootsietoy brand, is a vintage-style toy inspired by the American West and Civil War themes, featuring a "US" insigna on the holster. Includes the cap gun revolver produced by a company such as Parris Manufacturing, Hubley or Halco. The pistol is a die-cast metal with white handles (designed as replicas of vintage 1800s-era firearms, such as a Colt .45 or a lawman style pistol. It uses #912 paper roll caps or 8-shot ring caps. As a safety precaution, the pistol has an orange plug at the end of the barrel as required by law, (and to distinguish it from a real pistol.)
